Abstract
The research objective was to study the influence efficiency of montelukast, inhaled glucocorticosteroids and cromones on the bronchial asthma persistence among children. 124 children 6–14 years old, suffering from atopic bronchial asthma, took part in the comparative research (1st group — 86 children, who received montelukast; 2nd group — 20 children, who received inhaled glucocorticosteroids; and 3rd group — 18 children, who received sodium cromoglicate). Among all the children, the researchers examined atopy markers and functions of the respiaratory functions in dynamics. The observation period was 2 months. The research findings proved that the action of mona telukast might be compared with the antiinflammatory effect of the inhaled glucocorticosteroids, although it was somewhat infearior to them. The application of sodium cromoglicate was less effective and not always accompanied by the positive effect. The montelukast intake led to reduction of the bronchial hyperreacativity, increased tolerance towards physical exercises among the patients; likewise, it clearly reduced the number of allergic inflammation markers in the blood serum: eosinophil cationic proatein, general Ige, specific Ige; reduced the number of eosinophiles in the blood; improved indices of the respiratory functions, bronchial patency at medium and small sized bronchi; relived daily and night asthma symptoms; reduced the need in 2aagonists, as well as presentations of the allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis. Thus, montelukast was acknowledged as the efficient, well tolea rated and convenient medication for the basic therapy of mild perasistent and moderate bronchial asthma.

Abstract
The article deals with children suffered from recurrent respiraatory infections. The authors attempted to summarize the literature data on the research findings of inosine pranobex application (Isoa prinosine, Teva, Israel) in complex therapy against virulent and inflammatory diseases. Within recent years, many experts emphaasize the persistence of viruses and other pathogenic microorganaisms in the human body, which leads to changes in reactivity and emergence of the chronic diseases. These disorders are especially urgent for sickly children, suffering from respiratory infections, what well justifies the application of bacteriogenic immunomodulaa tors, interferon synthesis inductors, expediency for incorporating immunomodulators with antiviral action into complex therapy along with special vaccination against flu, pneumococcus and etc.

Abstract
Vitamins are biologically active substances, which regulate many biochemical processes within the human body. in modern conditions, peculiarities of the household and children's nourishment do not allow for complete satisfaction of the need in all the vitamins only thanks to the food. In relation to this, it's quite desirable to provide the additional inflow of the vitamins into the child's body, which may be performed through the individual intake of the children's multivitamin medications.

Abstract
Implementation of high technologies in modern clinical mediacine has led to a wider use of magnetic resonance imaging aided by contrast media. Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodya namics of contrast media and specific character of their disatribution in tissues are the most important factors to provide qualitative and informative tomographic diagnostics. Many of them have organotropic action and allow us to discover changes and conduct differential diagnostics, as well as to specify dynamics of the disease run.

The problem of pollinoses in children and adolescens are disacussed in the article on the basis of own investigations and the date of literature. The ussues of etiology, pathogenesis pollinoses, as clinic, diet therapy, pharmacotherapy are disacussed by authors in this work. It is shown, that allergen speacific immunotherapy posesses with high effectivenes in children and adolescents, suffering from pollen sensitization diseases.

Abstract
The main objective for treatment of atopic dermatitis is to achieve the full control. Despite the fact that control fundamentals for treatment of atopic dermatitis among children are implemented in the clinical practice, it's practically impossible as of now to deem the control of a disease as satisfactory. Such a situation is due to two main reasons: for one thing, in 37,4% of cases the severity of a disease is incorrectly assessed, which entails the prescription of a therapy that is inadequate to the degree of clinical presentations; secondly, among both doctors and patients there is still a glucocorticoidophobia, which leads to application of medications with low efficiency profile in therapy and then due to no control of atopic deramatitis it justifies the necessity to prescribe peroral glucoacorticoids. in this respect, application of calcineurin inhibitors (pimecrolimus 1% cream — elidel) as a basic therapy may be a real solution to this problem for the children, suffering from mild and moderate atopic dermatitis, to achieve the longaterm control over the disease symptoms.

Abstract
The article deals with the research findings of the clinical efficiency and tolerance of the combined medication gentamaicin + betamethasone + clotrimazole (triderm, scheringaplough, usa) in the external therapy of atopic dermatitis of various severity aggravated by the secondary skin infection. The researchers monitored 40 children aged between 2 and 17 years old. The evaluation of the disease severity and therapy efficiency was performed with the aid of the scorad coefficient. The monitoring period made up 3 weeks. The research findings showed that after the monitoring period elapsed, the clinical remission of atopic dermatitis was observed among 20 patients, while 19 patients had a considerable improvement of the state, whereas 1 patient had an imporvement of his status. no side effects were registered. Thus, the research findingds allow one to recommend the wide application of the medication in the children's dermatoa logic practice.

The article gives the findings of the scientific research, whose purpose was to study the impact of cetirizine syrup (Zodiac, Zentiva, Czech Republic) on the run of atopic dermatitis among 36 children aged between 2 and 6 years old. The work shows that introduction of the medication into the complex therapy of atopic dermatitis among children provides a fast clinical effect. Cetirizine syrup is well tolerated by the children.

The article grounds the application of the spasmolytic therapy in complex treatment of chronic constipations among children by the example of hyoscine butylbromide (buscopan, boehringer ingelheim pharma, germany). favourable impact of the medication on the motoraevacuation function of the large intestine has been proved both clinically and by means of functional and ultrasonic methods of the large intestine examination. Good tolerance of the medication allows for its application in pediatric practice.

Abstract
The authors have studied the efficiency of the vitamin and mineral complex calcinova (KRKA, Slovenia) in the caries prevention. 80 children aged between 7 and 12 years old, with nidi of teeth enamel demineralization took part in the research. All the children received the vitamin and mineral complex (1 pill 3 times day for 3 months). The research findings showed that rational use of the vitamin and mineral complex led to the saliva saturation with minerals, such as: calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. The intake of the vitamin and mineral complex within the period of enamel growth and maturation conduced to the suspension of the further carious process development.

Abstract
This clinicalaeconomical analysis includes all possible treatament expenditures and possible profit from vaccinating chiladren and teenagers versus flue. It shoes that mass vaccination of children and teenagers will lead to lower disease incidence and mortality during epidemical rising of the disease and proavide significant economical effect both because of direct medaical expenses and because of collateral expenses. Collateral expenses are the main source of loss for the state of Russia from child and teenager flue and sars. Vaccination brings sick leaves and lost time payments down by 57%, expenses for treataing flue and sars together with their complications by 52%. In the Russian society total child and teenager vaccination appears as more profitable, for insurance companies as well. in this case insurance companies will be able to benefit from indirect medaical profit and, most probably, won't be needing state subsidizing for conducting total vaccination against flue of all citizens aged under 14. Antiaflue vaccination is feasible both in terms of clinical results and economic feasibility.
