ОПЫТ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ПРЕПАРАТА ТОЦИЛИЗУМАБ У МАЛЬЧИКА С СИСТЕМНОЙ ФОРМОЙ ЮВЕНИЛЬНОГО ИДИОПАТИЧЕСКОГО АРТРИТА
Аннотация
В статье приведен случай сложной диагностики системной формы ювенильного идиопатического (ревматоидного) артрита (ЮИА), дебютировавшего лихорадкой неясного генеза. Продемонстрирована эффективность ингибитора интерлейкина 6 тоцилизумаба при лечении системного ЮИА, резистентного к терапии глюкокортикостероидами, метатрексатом.
