Аннотация
В статье представлены современные данные об особенностях этиологии и патогенеза зудящих дерматозов с хроническим течением у детей. Приведена классификация различных форм зуда и патофизиологический механизм его развития, лежащего в основе хронических заболеваний кожи. Освещены результаты клинических исследований эффективности и безопасности метилпреднизолона ацепоната в лечении зудящих дерматозов в детском возрасте.
