Приведена классификация различных форм зуда и патофизиологический механизм его развития, лежащего в основе хронических заболеваний кожи. Освещены результаты клинических исследований эффективности и безопасности метилпреднизолона ацепоната в лечении зудящих дерматозов в детском возрасте.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents contemporary data on the peculiarities of etiology and pathogenesis of chronic itching dermatosis in children. We provide classification of various itching forms and pathophysiological mechanism of the development thereof underlying chronic skin disorders.
