Abstract
This article takes up the issue of carrying hemophilic bacteria infections. It represents a wide range of diseases whose etiological factor is haemophilus influenzae. The only dependable means of specific prophylaxis is the active immunization. Based on their experience of vaccine application, the authors demonstrate the safety and efficiency of the applied vaccine and give recommendations to optimize infant vaccination.
Key words: hemophilic infection, vaccination, infants.

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the papilloma virus infection. As it became known in October 2008, the nobel prize in the field of medicine and physiology this year is awarded to the German doctor of Harald Zur Hausen who has proved the role of the human papilloma virus as causative factor of the cervical carcinoma. This is epoch making discovery because of human papilloma virus is most frequent of sexually transmitted infections. The authors demonstrated the high HPV prevalence. One of the most frequent manifestations of this infection is in more details presented pointed condy loma, clinical course of the disease and differential diagnostics of its various forms. Considering treatment inefficiency, the authors convincingly demonstrate that the only opportunity available to keep a human from the illness development is a specific immune prevention.
Key words: papillomavirus infection, pointed condylomas, precancers, prevention.

Abstract
The authors have analyzed the studies of the mechanism of action of a new immunomodulator — pidotimod. They also howed the differently directed actions of the immunomodulator on the innate and adaptive immunity. Based on the previous fundamental studies, researchers proposed a new concept of molecular and cellular mechanisms of action of pidotimod. They presented the results of the international studies of the pidotimod preventive and therapeutic efficiency in the children with the recurrent respiratory infections.
Key words: immunomodulator, acute respiratory infections, children.

Abstract
The vaccination against pneumococcal infection during the preparation for a probable flu pandemic has recently been given a significant role. The authors found out that the attachment of the secondary bacterial infection is an important cause for the morbidity and mortality during the flu pandemic. The pneumococcus has been acknowledged to be the main causative agent, causing up to 50% of the secondary bacterial pneumonias during the flu pandemic. The interepidemic period and pandemic prevention period are the ideal time to carry out preventive actions, as the full scale pneumococcal vaccination is not feasible when the flu pandemic breaks out.
Key words: flu pandemic, pneumococcal infection, vaccination, children.

Abstract
The article highlights the medical case of a rare hereditary disease — glycosylation disorder syndrome type 1b, unique for our country. This syndrome is referred to the heterogeneous group of the congenital diseases characterized by the disorder of glycoprotein synthesis as a result of the defects N or O glycosylation. Manifestations of the disease are protein losing enteropathy and severe developmental delay, hypoglycemia, co agulopathy (thrombosis), liver injury. glycosylation disorder syndrome type 1b differs from other types of this group absence of the neurologic semiology and efficiency of therapy by mannose.

Abstract
This article touches upon the most topical problem of the modern medicine — treating pregnant patients, particularly those suffering from bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis. Based on a number of case studies, the authors argue the need for the continuation of treatment during pregnancy in order to gain and maintain control over the diseases. The risk of complications and their range are significantly higher in case of non controlled course of bronchial asthma vs. that under an adequate  therapy. The article gives the basic provisions to treat the said category of patients.
Key words: bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, treatment, risk factors, pregnancy.

Abstract
The authors studied the efficiency of the 3 months long therapy by Rabeprazole after eradication of the causative agent in the children with h. pylori associated gastritis from the high risk group of the development post helicobacter gastritis. They demonstrated that most children with h. pylori associated gastritis, who have un favourable prognostic factors, have persistence of the inflammatory infiltrate in the mucosa of the antral stomach after eradication, which is accompanied with the elevated secretion of the hydrochloric acid and development of the acid dependent diseases. The use of the anti secretory medications during 3 months after h. pylori eradication among these children allows one to prevent the development of the gastritis and its complications.
Key words: h. pylori_associated gastritis, eradication of h. Pylori, children, rabeprazole.

In the article, the authors discuss the local treatment of atopic eczema. They give data from the series of clinical studies on the application of non steroid medication in the children — calcineurin blocker pimecrolimus. This group is specifically essential in the event of the sensitive skin areas injury, where the skin absorptive capability and side effects development probability are the highest during the long term application of the topic glucocorticosteroids. The authors present to colleagues the first results of their experience in treatment of the children with atopic eczema.

Abstract
Through the indirect degranulation of mast cells, anaphylaxis test, solid phase immune enzyme analysis, the researchers evaluated the immuno biological features of serum of 20 patients suffering from atopic mild and moderate bronchial asthma with domestic sensitization. All received water salt extracts of insects (cockroach, black beetle, American cock roach, ash gray cockroach, cricket, fly, moth, mealworm, weevil, billbug) demonstrated specific activity. An immune enzyme analysis has revealed more intensive allergic features of substances extracted from black beetle, cockroach, fly and moth.

The comparison of quality of the images at various stages complex dynamic nephroscintigraphy of the urinary tract received with use of various types of radiotracers. To all patients has been executed dynamic nephroscintigraphy with orthostatic sign and indirect radionuclide cystography, also the analysis of quality of images is lead by a method of expert estimations. It was established, that the best opportunities of a visual estimation of a condition of collective system of kidneys and ureters are provided with application tubular radiotraceres, and for an estimation parenchymatous phases of research — glomerular traceres.

Abstract
The authors presented the data on the homo cysteine serum concentration in the children with nephrotic syndrome. They established the high rate of hyper homo cysteinemia in the nephritic syndrome, but the degree of the homocysteine concentration increase is largely due to the kidney's functional status rather than the activity of the disease. They also discuss the pathogenetic role of hyper homo cysteinemia in the event of the chronic nephritic pathology.
Key words: homo cysteine, nephrotic syndrome, children.

Abstract
Sleep is an important factor in the live of children and it is a vital need, essential for a child's health and growth. Children who get enough sleep are more likely to function better and they are less prone to behavioral problems and moodiness. Sleep apnea is one of the causes of sleep disorders among the children. Undiagnosed and untreated sleep apnea may contribute to daytime sleepiness and behavioral problems including difficulties at school. Сhildren are also more likely to be hyperactive and have difficulty paying attention. The polysomnography is the precise registration of the architecture and microstructure of sleep. This information allows clinicians to evaluate any apparent fluctuations in breathing, heart rate changes, or oxygen desaturations within the context of sleep physiology.
Key words: sleep, sleep disorder, sleep apnea, polysomnography, children.

Abstract
Acute respiratory infections are the most widely spread pathology in the children. They do not belong to the category of severe, incapacitating diseases, but they considerably worsen the general condition of the child and are dangerous through their life threatening complications. It is very important to start the etiotropic antiviral therapy and whenever possible, quickly to stop disease manifestations, without any harm for child. The proposed article is devoted to the optimization of the symptomatic therapy in the event of the given pathology.
