Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the genetic predisposition to celiac disease. The authors studied the associations of the HLA genes and modifier genes of the immune response (interleukine 1, inter leukine 1 receptor antagonist, inter leukine 4, α-subunits of interleukine 4 receptor, receptor to D vitamin) along with predisposition to the disease, as well as the variants of its run and accompanied autoimmune diseases (autoimmune thyroiditis, insular diabetes type 1).

Abstract
Urinal system infection is one of the most frequent bacterial infection diseases in childhood. approximately 30% of children suffer from relapses of urinal infections. Optimal therapy is very important to avoid the risk of kidney cicatrisation because of urinal infection. Last years specialists pay more attention to phyto medications, since they have both a complex action and a significantly fewer side effects as compared to synthetic medications. We have studied the action of Kanefrom phytomedication upon the urinal infection processes of children. We have found a reduced frequency of relapses among children with acute pyelonephritis, who were treated with the above medication for 3 months after a course of antibiotics. Children whose therapy was terminated after a course of antibiotics.

Abstract
Atopic dermatitis is one of the most prevalent reasons for skin lesions in the infancy. The medications of the first line therapy for this disease are topic glucocorticosteroids (TGCS). The survey has analyzed the efficiency of a new TGCS — mometazon furoat — for treating atopic dermatitis of children. The action mechanism of this medication is connected with the suppression of proinflammatory cytokinins synthesis (Il6, Il1, TNF). Mometazon furoat has clear anti inflammatory, antipruritic and anti exudative action. The treatment results proved high efficiency of the medication both for noncomplicated atopic dermatitis and for atopic dermatitis complicated with a secondary infection.

Abstract
The article gives an analysis of a 5 year observation of psoriatic process among 38 children aged 7 to 17, suffering from severe psoriasis under suppressant therapy. The author concludes that the tactics of active influence on the psoriatic process for children in most cases results in an aggressive form of the disease, resistent to the applied therapy.

Abstract
Every year 3 to 5 million people suffer from flu. Children are most susceptible to flu. At the moment, the main methods of flu prophylaxis and treatment are flu vaccination and antivirus medications. Of the tested anti virus medications, 3 groups are most interesting and interferon inductors, м 2=channel blockers (derivative of adamantine) and neuraminidase inhibitors. neuraminidase inhibitors are a brand new type of virus infection therapy — they selectively inhibit activity of flu virus neuraminidases, which restrains virus from getting into the cell, exit of virion from the cell before the reproduction cycle is over and new cells are affected. Oseltamivir — one of the new neuraminidase inhibitors — can be used for a safe and efficient flu treatment and prophylaxis among adults; yet recently this medication has been authorized for children over 1 year of age, basing upon the findings of randomized controlled surveys. Data shows that usage of oseltamivir reduces the period of diseases and severity of acute flu symptoms for children with no side diseases, as well as for children suffering from cardiovascular and bronchopulmonary system diseases; besides this medication reduces the risk of secondary flu complications.

Abstract
The research studied the impact of the mixture of bacteria lysates (IRS 19) on the recurrence of the acute respiratory infections among the weakened and sickly children from TB high risk group, who underwent rehabilitation at the anti TB health center. The researcher studied the tolerance to the physical loads (Shalkov test), secretory Iga concentration in the saliva, recurrence of the acute respiratory infections under supervision in catamnesis within a year. To prevent and treat bacterial nasal and respiratory infections, the authors used the mixture of bacteria lysates (Solvay pharma) along the specific chemical tuberculosis prevention. Performed complex rehabilitation increased the resistance of the children's body infected with TB mycobacteria and conduced to the increase of the normergic reactions to tuber culine. They revealed that the recurrence of the acute respiratory infections among the children, who received the mixture of bacteria lysates, made up 0,9 ± 0,2 among the children infected and 1,1 ± 0,2 non=infected with tb mycobacteria within the first 6 months of observation. In the test group, these indices came to 2,2 ± 0,3 and 2,3 ± 0,2, respectively. After they carried on the immunocorrection course, the saliva witnessed the increase of the secretory Iga concentration (among the children both infected and non infected with TB mycobacteria). performed research proves that it is clinically efficient, safe and expedient to introduce the seasonal course of the local immuno corrector — the mixture of bacteria lysates to the set of the rehabilitation actions among the children from TB high risk groups, which allows them to recommend wider application of this medication in children.

The article is dedicated to the issue of curing children with obstructive form of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. It presents a complex evaluation of adrenergic blockers influence on the clinical finding, heart rate disorder and vegetative regulation of heart rate, as well as prognosis for patients with obstructive form of the disease. Basing upon the findings, the article indicates criteria to evaluate the efficiency of curing children suffering from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with adrenergic blockers

Abstract
The authors consider the issues interaction between a doctor and a child during the radionuclide study. They also give recommendations of the pediatric council under auspices of the European society of the nuclear medicine to carry on the scintigraphic studies among the children. The article high lights the basic moments as to the psychoprophylactic preparation of the children for the radionuclide study with regard to their age and character peculiarities. The researchers offer approaches to define the psychic and emotional status of the child, degree of anxiety before the study and methods to eliminate it, allowing for considerable quality improvement of the performed procedure.

Abstract
The article considers results of usage of interferon α against respiratory infection among 30 children with chronic glomerulonephritis. The positive effect of oral introduction of interferon α for patients, (unlike children with glomerulonephritis and respiratory infection who didn't receive such medication) developed as the absence of exacerbation: no negative dynamics were found in the urine, blood testes and immunogram.

Abstract
The article analyzes efficiency of local immunomodulator manufactured by «npo petrovax farm» for children suffering from chronic gingivitis and multiple caries with congenital and inherited somatic diseases. It evaluated the clinical effect of the medication, the biochemical and immunological parameters of saliva composition of patients who underwent the immunomodulatory therapy. Clinical manifestations of gingivitis disappeared, with the remission during 6 months of the observation. The article shows anti inflammatory, anti oxidant, membrane stabilizing action of the medication. It shows the normalization of cariesogenic products of anaerobic lactate and pyruvate glycolysis, increase of secretory iga (Siga) and lysozyme in the saliva.

Abstract
Congenital malformations are still the important medical and social issue. They take the second place among the reasons for the infant mortality and cause up to 18,3% of disablement cases among the children. Exogenous factors, effecting the growing fetus, are very essential along with the genetic matters among the reasons for the congenital malformations. The importance of information on the teratogenic potential of the medications is acknowledged by the doctors from various countries. The article outlines the information on entis activity — European network of teratology information services — a non profit organization, rendering consulting services to the pregnant women and medical staff, regarding the embryo and fetotoxic actions of the medications. The authors highlight the history of entis, its objectives, principles of operation and consulting algorithm and list the basic scientific publications by the entis members for the recent years. The article deals with the most obvious problems, which the organization members face, first of all — the quality of the information they receive. The authors also provide the substantiation for the necessity to develop such an information service in Russia and express hope for the successful development of the entis subsidiary they formed in Moscow.
