Abstract
Еhe announcement of the east European expert group for vaccine prevention presents position of the leading specialists of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan on key issues of the national pre vention immunization schedule. the authors examine in detail the aspects of vaccination against hepatitis type b, including optimal term of injection of the first vaccine dose, vaccination tactics for the premature and low weight newborns, safety of recombinant vaccines against hepatitis type в. based on the analysis of the morbidity of h. influenzae type b invasive forms along with the methods recommended by who (HIB RAT), experts recommend introduction of the vaccine against this infection into the prevention immunization schedule. The experts believe the basis for the combined vaccines in pediatrics to be the vaccines with cellfree pertussis component. This class of vaccines allows introducing the additional booster dose of pertussis vaccines for immunization of the preschool children into the immunization schedule, which is dictated by the present epidemic situation with due account for this infection. The experts note the importance of application of the combined vaccines in pediatrics, whose wide implementation into healthcare system practices is in the interests of the parents, medical officers and society.
Key words: hepatitis type в, h. influenzae type b, HIB RAT, pertussis, diphteria and tetanus toxoids and pertussis vaccine, poliovaccines, combined vaccines, prevention immunization schedule, children.

Abstract
The article deals with the findings of the expert appraisal of the patient medical records of 781 children under 14 years old with symptoms of the respiratory diseases between 1999–2002. The authors analyzed the general number of prescriptions, groups of medications, regime of their dosage, injection and treatment terms indicated in patient medical records. They have discovered that the antibacterial treatment for the non aggravated acute respiratory diseases and bronchitis was not prescribed in 65–86% of cases. The most widely used medication was cotrimoxazole followed by amoxicillin and midecamycin. the treatment for the non aggravated of the acute pneumonia among children was performed by 17 antibiotics: in 42% cases there were penicillin medications, in 18.7% cases cephalosporins of different generations and in 22% cases macrolides. The obtained data state that there was an unjustified prescription of antibiotics for the non aggravated forms of acute respiratory diseases and non observance of the existing recommendations for the respiratory disease treatment among children.

Abstract
The present article contains new access to encephalitis. Results of different tactics of extra nonspecific prophylaxis of tick born used in 403 patients, who applied to hospitals for help after tick bite. Efficacy of seroprophy laxis in 361 child measured. Tactics of extra chemoprophylaxis with the help of antiviral preparation anaferon infantile was offered and its efficiency was proved in 82 children. Advantages of practical appliance of chemoprophylaxis to seroimmunity were validated.

Abstract
The article deals with the prevention of the acute respiratory infections in a group of allergic children with the help of immunomodulators of microbial origin, in particular. The authors investigated the clinical effectiveness of ribosome immunocorrector (ribomuilum) among children with allergy (atopic diseases – bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis, dermatorespiratory syndrome). They provide detailed information on the indices of the cytokine status, humoral and cellular immunity, eicosanoids and their changes during the preventive therapy by means of ribosome immunocorrector. Based on the obtained findings, the authors proposed an algorithm to conduct immunocorrective therapy among sickly children with allergy.

Abstract
This work presents research findings of the tiloron interferon synthesis application among children, suffering from the allergy and acute respiratory viral infections, witnessing its efficiency and safety. The use of tiloron against the acute respiratory diseases among children with the allergy contributes to much easier run of the viral infection, prevents the exacerbation of the main disease and stimulates the generation of the endogenic interferon.

Abstract
Irrespective of the level of healthcare system development rotaviral infection is a serious medical, social and economic problem at all times. Any infant has to undergo rotaviral gastroenteritis. The run of the disease among infants is mostly often aggravated by dehydration and needs intense treatment of exicosis. The standard of treatment is an oral rehydration, which is in most cases contributes to a quicker improvement of the children’s status. In the meantime, according to the metaphor put forward by the who experts «the best solution» to prevent acute rotaviral diarrhea today may become a rotaviral vaccine. Nowadays, in different countries of the world, two vaccines, which showed high efficiency and safety in clinical research, have been registered. Application of these vaccines may contribute to the significant reduction of the acute forms of rotaviral infection among infants, hospitalizations and mortality caused by rotaviral gastroenteritis. This article highlights the principles of treatment and possibility for vaccine prevention of rotaviral infection among children.

Abstract
Intravenous induction of human normal immunoglobulin is widely applied to treat various diseases; this is a highly effective and rather a safe treatment approach. According to the findings of the randomized controlled tests, the effectiveness of the given group of medications was proved in a number of immunopathologic states. On the other hand, sometimes the range of diseases, during which human normal immunoglobulin is applied, has groundlessly been extended of late. The article highlights the modern data about the contents, indications, mechanisms of impact, frequency and types of adverse reactions to the induction of human normal immunoglobulin, as well as the data about relative effectiveness of different medications.

Abstract
It is well known that the vitamin deficiency may cause psychic and somatic disorders, as well as decrease functional activity of the immune system. Furthermore, the microelement deficiency may contribute to the growth of the pathological states among infants. this lecture summarizes the information from the literature, which allows assuming the positive effects of the vitamin and mineral complexes within the post vaccinal period among children due to activation of the immune reactions, prevention of the aggravated run of the vaccinal period (prevention of inter? current disease deposit and exacerbation of the background states, such as: perinatal nervous breakdowns, congenital infections and etc.), and probably, activation of the specific immune response.
