Abstract
For many years, the rational approach to the pharmacological treatment has been perceived only as a part of medical practices and education of health care professionals. Teaching of the rational use of medications for the population (patients and people, looking after them) remained an ignored area of clinical pharmacology and pharmacological treatment. Modern instructions on medical applications inserted into the medication packages are quite often formal, obscure and passively rendered to the patient, thus, they don't perform their main function teaching of the rational use of medications. The most popular form of patient informing of the medications is the printed materials elaborated in accordance with the modern requirements: reliability, independence and clarity of presentation. The present article describes the new information and educational project for teaching of the correct use of medications for the population. The project consists of information booklets dedicated to the education of healthy lifestyle, as well as inserts, which should provide the patients with modern information about the medications prescribed for them. Within the framework of preparation of the national pediatric formulary that is conducted by the Russian union of pediatricians, they have elaborated the inserts for the teaching of the rational use of medications, which are most often prescribed in pediatric practices, for the patients and people, looking after them.
Key words: rational drug therapy, clinical pharmacology, medication formulary, good and harm of medications, patient education.

New Russian recombinant alpha 2b interferon is identical to the human leukocytic alpha 2b interferon, and it has an antiviral, immunomodulatory and interferonogenic action. The work has demonstrated the application of oral liposomal medication of recombinant alpha 2b interferon — reaferones lipint for the extra prevention against flu and other respiratory acute viral infections among children. the application of this medication to prevent flu and other respiratory acute viral infections in dosage of 250 000 ме twice a week for the period of 4 weeks proved to be efficient within the group of primary school aged children (aged 7–10 year old) and manifested itself in reduction of flu and respiratory acute viral infection cases, as well as domination of light for of disease run.

Abstract
The results of research of thyroid condition and function in 82 children with dilated cardiomyopthy and arrhythmogenic dysfunction of myocardium without obvious thyropathy are submitted. Is shown that application of amiodaron results in induces predictable changes in thyroid function tests in 40% patients and reversible ultrasound changes of thyroid. This condithion is not by the reason for a cancellation of amiodaron therapy. Clinically relevant thyroid dysfunction is not uncommon and exist in 6% patients during amiodarone therapy but requires careful diagnosis and treatment. The frequency with which amiodarone causes thyroid changes serves to emphasise the need for careful thyroid function checking including its evaluation before amiodaron using, rational prescribing and long term cardiological follow up.

Abstract
In recent years, human papillomavirus infection in childhood is an urgent problem in the practice of doctors of various specialties. The urgency of the problem is due to the widespread presence of the nosology, the difficulties of the therapy, the frequent recurrence of the disease. In addition, the pathogenesis of this disease in children is poorly understood, the optimal algorithm of examination of this group of patients is not defined which makes the therapy irrational and provides the lack of primary and secondary prevention methods.

The article highlights the findings as to the peculiarities of clinical manifestations and diagnostics of urinary infection in childhood. The researchers provide the information on the urinary infection agent structure and e. coli resistance frequency (most widely spread agent) towards the antibacterial medications. They have also offered recommendations for rational antibiotic therapy.

Abstract
The researchers examined 56 children aged between 3 and 12 years old, suffering from acute tonsillitis caused by group A β-hemolytic streptococcus. After the antibacterial therapy of 10 days long all the children were divided into 2 groups. The first group comprised 30 children, who received the medication of the bacterial lysate (imudon, solvay pharma, Germany). The length of the medication intake was 14 days. The children of the second group (26 children) underwent one-time injection of bycillin. The research findings showed that application of the bacterial lysate drastically increased the efficiency of therapy and improved the contents of pharynx microflora within the decubation of acute tonsillitis caused by group a hemolytic streptococcus.
