РАЗВИТИЕ ЭНТЕРОСКОПИИ НА СОВРЕМЕННОМ ЭТАПЕ

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены современные данные о возможностях энтероскопии ― нового, динамично развивающегося метода диагностики заболеваний тонкой кишки. В настоящее время применяют два взаимодополняющих способа энтероскопии ― видеокапсульный и баллонный. В статье обсуждаются особенности оптических систем для энтероскопии, показания к проведению исследования тем или другим методом, а также преимущества и недостатки каждого из них. Видеокапсульная эндоскопия предназначена для первоначальной визуальной оценки состояния слизистой оболочки тонкой кишки. В зависимости от расположения оптики в капсуле различают торцевую и боковую системы. Баллонная энтероскопия дополняет исследование в аспекте микрохирургических возможностей (взятие биопсии, удаление полипов, извлечение инородных тел, в том числе в случае застревания видеокапсулы в участках стеноза просвета кишки).
