Современные рекомендации по ведению пациентов с пищевой аллергией

Аннотация
В статье обобщены современные эпидемиологические, этиологические и клинические аспекты пищевой аллергии у детей. Представлены доказательные подходы к диагностике (включая дифференциальную), лечению и профилактике. Изложены практические алгоритмы ведения пациентов, разработанные на основе актуальной научной литературы и последних клинических данных по пищевой аллергии.
