Представлены доказательные подходы к диагностике (включая дифференциальную), лечению и профилактике. Изложены практические алгоритмы ведения пациентов, разработанные на основе актуальной научной литературы и последних клинических данных по пищевой аллергии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article summarizes current epidemiological, etiological, and clinical aspects of food allergy in children. Evidence-based approaches to diagnosis (including differential diagnosis), treatment, and prevention are presented.
