Генерализованная менингококковая инфекция у новорожденного: клинический пример и обзор литературы

Аннотация
Neisseria meningitidis — один из основных этиологических факторов менингита и сепсиса у детей и взрослых, но в неонатальном периоде обнаруживается редко. Клиническое распознавание неонатальной менингококковой инфекции затруднено, исход заболевания часто фатальный, в связи с чем своевременная диагностика и адекватная терапия критически важны. В статье описан новорожденный ребенок с менингококковым сепсисом, госпитализированный на 5-й день после рождения, и представлен обзор литературы от конца XIX в. и до настоящего времени.
