Нерациональное использование антибиотиков в медицине: кризис антибиотикорезистентности, и что мы можем сделать

Аннотация

Избыточное использование антибиотиков в клинической практике не только увеличивает стоимость лечения и создает риск нежелательных побочных эффектов, но и ведет к росту  резистентности микроорганизмов. Эта проблема является глобальной и от ее решения зависит,  сможет ли человечество в дальнейшем эффективно бороться с бактериальной инфекцией. В  статье представлен краткий обзор основных ситуаций нерационального назначения  антибиотиков в педиатрии и причин, по которым врачи назначают антибиотики, когда они не  нужны. На основании анализа источников литературы предложены некоторые стратегии  борьбы с избыточным назначением антибиотиков и сформулированы обобщенные правила  рациональной антибиотикотерапии для врачей и пациентов.
