АЛЛЕРГИЯ НА АНТИБИОТИКИ У ДЕТЕЙ: КТО ВИНОВАТ И ЧТО ДЕЛАТЬ?

Аннотация

Аллергические реакции на антибиотики в педиатрической практике являются серьезной проблемой и сложной задачей для педиатров: это обусловлено трудностями в диагностике, интерпретации анамнестических данных и последующим выбором адекватной антибактериальной терапии. В обзоре описаны основные типы аллергических реакций на антибактериальные препараты, чаще других используемых у детей. Отдельный акцент сделан на факторах риска развития лекарственной гиперчувствительности, описаны клинические проявления аллергии на антибиотики и особенности аллергических реакций на отдельные препараты. Рассматриваются клинические подходы и алгоритмы
