Abstract
It's known, nitrogen oxide takes part in formation of the allergic inflammation. One of the enzymes, which produce NO, is the neuronal NO synthase (n NOS). The research objective is to determine the value of n NOS 276С-Т gene polymorphism in formation of atopic dermatitis in children. The research incorporated 119 children aged from 1 to 18, suffering from atopic dermatitis. The author has identified that n NOS 276С-Т gene polymorphism is associated with the development of atopic dermatitis in children, as well as with the best response to the performed basic therapy. The research proved that there is no relation between n NOS 276С_Т gene polymorphism and illness severity, level of IgE in blood serum.

Abstract
The article highlights the evaluation results of the IQ indices demonstrated by the school students, who reside in the regions with different degrees of the iodine deficiency severity and iodine provided regions. The authors performed the comparative analysis of the IQ indices among children with clinically euthyroid diffusive goiter and among children with normal sizes of the thyroid gland. The research included 260 children aged from 8 to 10 from 13 regions of the Russian Federation: 130 patients with the goiter diagnosed subject to the data of the ultrasound investigation and 130 children, who have normal sizes of the thyroid gland (reference group). The comparison groups were homogenous according to the education conditions (as only children from the city comprehensive schools took part in the research). For the evaluation of the intellectual development, authors used R. Kettell's intellect test free from the cultural impact (Сulture-Fair Intelligence Test, CFIT) — CF 2А form. Despite the fact that the average IQ indices in the group of children with goiter were slightly lower than among children with normal sizes of the thyroid gland, the researchers failed to identify statistically significant differences between the average IQ indices among children in the compared groups (р > 0,05). Both in the group of children with goiter and in the reference group, the average IQ indices fell within «the low normal» (80–89 points).

Abstract
High spread of the subnormal vitamin provision of the children population leads to the increased frequency of the hypovitaminosis development. Solution to the problem is to compensate the deficiency of vitamins and microelements by prescribing corresponding combined pharmacological means. The authors show that vitamins and minerals may affect the activity and metabolism of one another by performing their specific functions. The article provides for the findings of the research, in which authors examined the interaction between each single component of the vitamin and mineral complex in the event of their simultaneously absorption.

Abstract
This article covers one of the most important spheres in medicine — transplantation of a kidney from a live relative donor. The appearance of new generation immunosuppressive medicines has made it possible to boost the survivability of both the kidney and the recipient. The present research has allowed the authors to evaluate the functional state of a kidney transplant at the use of different immuno-suppression protocols (induction therapy with alemtuzumab in the first group and with daclizumab in the second one) by means of a non invasive examination method. Moreover, the authors have defined ultrasound signs of transplant rejection depending on the type (interstitial or vascular).

Abstract
Shockwave lithotripsy implemented in the clinical practices in the 1980-s drastically altered the treatment approach for the urolithiasis and took a leading place in the therapy of this disease. The key task of the distant shockwave lithotripsy is to provide for the fast, reliable, safe and noninvasive kidney and renal duct litholysis. The article highlights the outcome of the shockwave lithotripsy application on Econolith 3000 for the treatment of 27 children. The results of the performed treatment indicated the high efficiency and low invasiveness of this method to eliminate the concrements, as well as the perspective of its use, including in the infants. Shockwave lithotripsy allows the specialists to abandon the traumatic surgeries.
