An adequate anti-inflammatory therapy using state-of-the-art medicinal means helps to control the disease, arrest nocturnal symptoms, resulting in sleep structure restoration and the improvement of its quality thus improving life quality of patients as well as their parents.
Key words: bronchial asthma, sleep disturbance, polysomnography, flutikazon, salmeterol.
