Новые перспективы применения ОМ-85: обзор литературы

Аннотация
Бактериальный лизат ОМ-85 — хорошо изученный иммуномодулятор с благоприятным профилем безопасности. Его эффективность в профилактике и комплексной терапии рецидивирующих респираторных инфекций у детей подтверждена результатами многочисленных клинических исследований, в которых продемонстрировано снижение частоты инфекций, потребности в антибактериальной терапии и продолжительности заболеваний. ОМ-85 активирует синтез интерферонов, усиливает продукцию секреторного IgA и модулирует баланс T-хелперного (Th) ответа, способствуя его смещению в сторону Th1-типа и активации регуляторных T-клеток. Эти иммуномодулирующие свойства открывают перспективы применения препарата в составе комплексной терапии T2-опосредованных заболеваний, включая бронхиальную астму, аллергический ринит и атопический дерматит. К перспективным направлениям дальнейших исследований относятся оценка эффективности пролонгированных курсов применения ОМ-85 продолжительностью до 6–9 мес, а также изучение его роли в первичной профилактике аллергических заболеваний. Таким образом, потенциал ОМ-85 не ограничивается профилактикой респираторных инфекций и может быть связан с разработкой новых подходов к контролю широкого спектра иммуноопосредованных заболеваний.
