Современные клинические рекомендации по ведению детей старше одного года с недостаточностью питания (белково-энергетической недостаточностью)

Аннотация
В мае 2026 г. Министерство здравоохранения Российской Федерации одобрило новые клинические рекомендации по ведению детей старше одного года с белково-энергетической недостаточностью. Документ устанавливает единые правила диагностики, оценки степени тяжести по потере массы тела и индексу массы тела, а также стандарты лечебного питания и терапевтической помощи. Рекомендации формируют легитимную правовую основу для назначения специализированного энтерального и парентерального питания в рамках обязательного медицинского страхования, что существенно расширяет доступность нутритивной поддержки. Документ разработан членами Союза педиатров России, Ассоциации профессиональных участников хосписной помощи, Российской гастроэнтерологической ассоциации, Автономной некоммерческой организации «Общество детских гастроэнтерологов, гепатологов и нутрициологов», Национальной ассоциации детских реабилитологов, Межрегиональной общественной организации «Научное сообщество по содействию клиническому изучению микробиома человека», Российской организации диетологов, нутрициологов и специалистов пищевой индустрии.
