ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ ВНУТРИВЕННЫХ ИММУНОГЛОБУЛИНОВ В КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ ПРАКТИКЕ

Аннотация

В статье представлены данные о структуре и функции иммуноглобулинов. Учитывая многообразие механизмов их действия, показания к их применению постоянно расширяются. В настоящее время иммуноглобулины применяются в качестве заместительной и иммуномодулирующей терапии разнонаправленного действия (стимуляция/супрессия). На основании данных литературы освещены механизмы действия и точки приложения иммуноглобулинов для внутривенного введения в клинической практике. Показаны преимущества отечественного препарата для внутривенного введения.
