СОВРЕМЕННАЯ ДИАГНОСТИКА И ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ОСТРОГО СТРЕПТОКОККОВОГО ФАРИНГИТА И ТОНЗИЛЛИТА У ДЕТЕЙ И ВЗРОСЛЫХ

Аннотация

В статье обсуждаются современные принципы диагностики и лечения острого стрептококкового фарингита и тонзиллита в различном возрасте. Представлены рекомендации по использованию в рутинной практике экспресс-теста для быстрой и качественной диагностики инфекции, обусловленной -гемолитическим стрептококком группы А (БГСА).
Включение в данную статью рекомендаций о диагностической и терапевтической тактике у взрослых пациентов позволяет решать вопросы о ведении семейных случаев БГСА-инфекции. Адекватное проведение экспресс-тестов на БГСА и рациональный выбор терапевтических средств при остром фарингите и тонзиллите снижает риск назначения необоснованной антимикробной терапии.
