Особенности физического и нервно- психического развития детей с низкой, очень низкой и экстремально низкой массой тела при рождении в различные возрастные периоды жизни

Аннотация

Анализ особенностей физического и нервно-психического развития детей с низкой, очень низкой и экстремально низкой массой тела при рождении в различные возрастные периоды жизни выполнен по данным когортных исследований новорожденных с различным сроком гестации и массой тела, представленных в электронных базах PubMed и Medscape. Обнаружено, что у подавляющего числа детей с низкой, очень низкой и экстремально низкой массой тела при рождении к старшему возрасту развиваются нарушения физического и нервно-психического развития, слуха и зрения различной степени выраженности, двигательной функции, интеллекта и когнитивных навыков. В этой связи актуальным остается не только разработка новых технологий реанимации и интенсивной терапии новорожденных, но и обеспечение адекватной профилактики преждевременных родов в группе женщин с высокой степенью перинатального риска. Все это позволит в будущем предотвратить рост среди недоношенных числа детей с инвалидизирующими состояниями.
