Учитывая важнейшую роль молочной составляющей в рационе питания детей первых лет жизни, основу лечебной диеты составляют специализированные продукты — смеси-гидролизаты. Авторами было проведено исследование по оценке клинической эффективности смеси на основе высокогидролизованного казеина. Смесь получали 46 детей в возрасте 2–12 мес со среднетяжелым (SCORAD ≥ 20) или тяжелым (SCORAD ≥ 50) индексом проявления пищевой аллергии. У 73% обследованных детей в начале исследования отмечалось повышение IgE в сыворотке крови в 5–10 раз.
