Возможности оценки функционального состояния респираторной системы у детей раннего возраста, в том числе у пациентов с бронхолегочной дисплазией, крайне ограничены в связи с отсутствием сотрудничества со стороны маленького ребенка при выполнении диагностических процедур. Результаты использования современного метода инструментальной диагностики у данного контингента больных представляют несомненный интерес. Цель исследования –  проследить изменения функционального состояния дыхательной системы у детей с бронхолегочной дисплазией при катамнестическом наблюдении. Методы. Флоуметрия спокойного дыхания в состоянии естественного сна. Результаты. В статье представлены собственные данные, полученные при изучении функции внешнего дыхания у детей с бронхолегочной дисплазией с применением современного метода флоуметрии спокойного дыхания, а также обосновано использование относительных параметров функции внешнего дыхания в качестве диагностических критериев бронхообструктивного синдрома при бронхолегочной дисплазии и критериев эффективности муколитической терапии N-ацетилцистеином. Заключение. Метод флоуметрии спокойного дыхания может быть предложен для диагностики бронхообструктивного синдрома и оценки эффективности его лечения у детей с бронхолегочной дисплазией. </p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Capabilities of assessing functional condition of the respiratory system in young children, including patients with bronchopulmonary dysplasia, are extremely limited, as little children do not cooperate with doctors in the course of diagnostic procedures. Results of use of a modern instrumental diagnostic method in this group of patients is of doubtless interest. The study was aimed at tracking changes in functional condition of the respiratory system in children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia during follow-up. Methods. Quite breathing flowmetry during natural sleep. Results. The article presents the authors’ data obtained by means of analyzing external respiratory function in children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia using a modern method of quiet breathing flowmetry; it is also reasonable to use relative parameters of the external respiratory function as diagnostic criteria of bronchoobstructive syndrome at bronchopulmonary dysplasia and criteria of effectiveness of N-acetylcysteine mucolytic therapy. Conclusion.
