Идиопатическая тромбоцитопеническая пурпура является одним из наиболее распространенных приобретенных нарушений свертываемости крови у подростков. Данное заболевание характеризуется повышенным риском развития сопутствующих гинекологических патологий, таких как аномальные маточные кровотечения, опухоли и опухолевидные образования яичников, наружный генитальный эндометриоз, что требует тщательного медицинского наблюдения и при необходимости оперативного вмешательства. Описание клинического случая. Рассматривается клинический случай 14-летней пациентки с идиопатической тромбоцитопенической пурпурой, осложненной наружным генитальным эндометриозом и аномальными маточными кровотечениями. Пациентке выполнено оперативное вмешательство в объеме «лапароскопическая оофорэктомия», что позволило предотвратить развитие тяжелых осложнений. Заключение. Данный случай подчеркивает важность комплексного и междисциплинарного подхода к лечению пациенток с идиопатической тромбоцитопенической пурпурой и сопутствующими гинекологическими патологиями, что способствует минимизации риска развития жизнеугрожающих осложнений</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Background. Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura is one of the most common acquired blood-clotting disorders in adolescents. This disease is characterized by an increased risk of developing concomitant gynecological pathologies, such as abnormal uterine bleeding, ovarian tumors and tumor-like masses, external genital endometriosis, which requires careful medical supervision and, if necessary, surgical intervention. Case report. A clinical event of a 14-year-old patient with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura complicated by external genital endometriosis and abnormal uterine bleeding is being considered. The patient underwent surgery in the amount of laparoscopic oophorectomy, which prevented the development of severe complications. Conclusion.
