<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>At the moment, in most countries of Europe and North America, there has been a steady increase in the prevalence of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). There is little data on the correlation between dairy consumption and the development of IBD, despite the likely biological mechanisms linking these products with the etiopathogenesis of the disease. The exclusion of dairy products from the diet is usually associated with the occurrence of dyspeptic symptoms when they are consumed, which may indicate an exacerbation of the inflammatory process in the intestine or the presence of lactase deficiency. Patients with IBD are characterized by a high prevalence of osteoporosis, and limiting the consumption of dairy products has an even greater negative effect on the state of bone mineral density. In turn, correction of diet therapy in patients with IBD in the presence of intolerance to dairy products should be an important part of the treatment and prevention of complications of the disease.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>воспалительные заболевания кишечника</kwd><kwd>молочные продукты</kwd><kwd>минеральная плотность костей</kwd><kwd>витамин D</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>inflammatory bowel diseases</kwd><kwd>dairy products</kwd><kwd>bone mineral density</kwd><kwd>vitamin D</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Отсутствует.</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">Not specified.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Хавкин А. В. и др.
