Клинический случай демонстрирует сложности дифференциальной диагностики данного заболевания и необходимость комплексного подхода к обследованию пациента, включая проведение магнитно-резонансной томографии сердца и генетического анализа.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article describes the onset of arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, left-dominant form, in a pediatric patient that was initially regarded as dilated cardiomyopathy.
