Аутоиммунный тиреоидит может обусловливать тяжелое течение ХСК. Антигистаминные препараты 2-го поколения — основное средство терапии ХСК. Однако, даже увеличение их дозы не всегда приводит к значимым улучшениям. В настоящее время проведено недостаточное количество исследований по применению других видов лечения у детей с ХСК. Омализумаб — единственный генно-инженерный биологический препарат для лечения резистентной к стандартной терапии ХСК, используемый у детей с 12 лет. Приводим данные собственного наблюдения девочки-подростка с ХСК и сопутствующим аутоиммунным тиреоидитом с нарушением функции щитовидной железы.
