The review describes the main types of allergic reactions to the antibacterial drugs most widely used in children. Special attention is given to drug hypersensitivity development risk factors; clinical manifestations of allergy to antibiotics and peculiarities of allergic reactions to certain drugs are described. The article dwells upon clinical approaches and algorithms of managing patients with presumed intolerance to antibacterial drugs.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ведения пациентов с предполагаемой непереносимостью антибактериальных препаратов. антибиотики</kwd><kwd>антибактериальные препараты</kwd><kwd>аллергические реакции</kwd><kwd>лекарственная гиперчувствительность</kwd><kwd>аллергия</kwd><kwd>непереносимость</kwd><kwd>факторы риска</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>antibiotics</kwd><kwd>antibacterial drugs</kwd><kwd>allergic reactions</kwd><kwd>drug hypersensitivity</kwd><kwd>allergy</kwd><kwd>intolerance</kwd><kwd>risk factors</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ibia E.
