The authors present vaccination results in 4 pilot districts of the Sverdlovsk Region. If necessary, lectures and classes were conducted in order to increase vaccination coverage of the target cohort of children and improve awareness of medical personnel and parents. 18,307 children were vaccinated 2 and 3 times in May-September 2013. Analysis of the post-vaccination children’s condition and undesirable phenomena demonstrated low reactogenicity and good vaccine tolerance.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>пневмококковая инфекция</kwd><kwd>Национальный календарь</kwd><kwd>вакцинация</kwd><kwd>переносимость</kwd><kwd>нежелательные явления</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>pneumococcal infection</kwd><kwd>National calendar</kwd><kwd>vaccination</kwd><kwd>tolerance</kwd><kwd>undesirable phenomena</kwd><kwd>children</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Пневмококковые вакцины: документ по позиции ВОЗ, 2012, № 14. 2012; 87: 129–144.
